Permanent ink pads acid free water proof ins for shrinkets think plastic designs . Great when used with stencils and a sponge   dauber.  lightly apply to the sanded side of the  shrink  plastic and then blot excess liquid  off with clean scrap paper. Allow to fully dry before shrinking. Archival by Ranger and Hero Arts inks pads.
