Returns, exchanges, damages, and lost items.

14 days- Return  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

 

All items are shipped by the USPS  uninsured  ground . You may request another  delivery service option  along with  insurance. Additional charges are paid for by the buyer and  will be  billed to the buyer via PAY PAL ONLY. 

 

The shop owner is responsible for any missing or damaged items that are not the fault of the USPS. Faults of the  PO's refer to mishandling, torn, smashed, lost, miss-delivered, etc.  The buyer is responsible for giving  the  correct address

 The shop owner is NOT responsible for items that are damaged or lost  by the postal service. 

 

The USPS has had increasingly unreliable service causing mis-delivery, shipping delays, lost packages, and damage due to poor handling. 

​

The shop owner does its best to ensure that orders are packed well.  Bubble mailers and card board  mailers and  boxes are  used. Fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap within a bubble mailer. Printed self-stick labs are used.
