A Japanese screw punch is a handheld hand tool that uses a spinning internal screw mechanism to effortlessly cut clean, precise holes through paper, leather, cloth, and book-board, Shrink plastic  without needing a hammer.

*5 Interchangeable tips  1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm.  Swap  out by loosening the brass collar at the tip.
 
*How It Works  - Pushing down on the wooden handle spins a sharp carbon steel bit. Place your shrink plastic shape on a wooden base , Mark a center r hole and  Hold the shrink plastic securely and punch up and down  4 - 6   times to cut through shrink plastic . Allows you to make holes when an arm style punch does not have  a long enough reach. Replaces the need for multiple size hole punch.  
 
*Debris collection- Cut pieces of paper or material collect inside the barrel chamber and empty out from the side slots.
