My Paper Heart
1 day workshop $120
Starting with a classic wood burning tool and a wooden frame, we will burn our design into the wood. Prisma Colored pencils will enhance and color areas of our design . The surface will be distressed and 3d objects added. The interior holds a Paper Clay heart you may create.
Roly Poly
One Day workshop $120
We will create a light weight steam punk whimsical necklace using a unique pewter forming technique, Paper Clay modeling and simple bead stringing will be taught.
The Steam Punk Ball
One day workshop $120
Starting with a simple wooden box with a glass peek hole we will then transform it into a hanging doll . Paper Clay will be used to form her face and head adornment . Beads, vintage finds, wire and lace will enhance her body. Fun unique paint finishes will add more detail to her the box body that will hold a golden heart .

Foam core, , hardware materials , old books ,found objects Paper Clay, resin, burned and stamped fabric and special paint finishes .

We will create a hanging doll using Paper Clay and simply joining techniques . Design and color will then be added to our doll using paint, foils, glitter ,stamps , colored pencils , ribbons , lace, fabric, found objects etc .

Learn to make your own unique one of a kind custom shadow box and
then alter the surface with unique paints.
A Paper Clay doll will be formed to perch on the edge of the box and a variety
of unique decorative embellishments will be added .
Eye Candy

An Introduction to acrylic dry brush painting will be made easier by adding unique textural paints and finishes . In this class we will create several fun folk art paintings using simple classic
design motifs .
My Ship of Dreams
1 day workshop $120
Using a simple dry brush technique over a background collage of vintage torn paper , we then will go on to add more collage elements creating our whimsical design . Each student will be offered a selection of design templates to aid in this process and will guide you in creating your own unique design. Texture will be added to the image with pencils, fabrics ,mica, glitter
and embellishment.
Steam punk Lilly

We will alter simple craft store finds by using a unique pewter wrapping technique, iron paint , findings and vintage fibers.
Shadow Boxing
2 day workshop $180
Foam core, iron paint, hardware materials , old books ,found objects ,paper clay
and much more. A handmade shadow box will hold a collaged treasure keeper .

Transform a simple craft store find into a whimsical rolling house on wheels with a real tin roof and wee dog in the window. The use of Paper Clay, pewter ,dry brush painting, aging metals and other techniques will be taught.
Shelf Life
2 day workshop $180
Working with Paper Clay and mold making materials the students will learn to form these fun halloween critters that sit on a shelf .Each student will get 4 pre made critters forms to paint and embellish while the ones they made are drying.
